About us

The short version: we get local and growing businesses found everywhere their customers are searching — including inside AI tools like ChatGPT — without ad spend.

I'm Logan Hassinger. I run ReachLocal Media out of Grapevine, Texas. When you work with us, you talk to me. Not an account manager, not a rotating support queue, not someone reading your file for the first time.

Why this exists

A few years ago, being findable meant ranking on Google. That is no longer true, and most businesses have not caught up.

Today, buyers research across many platforms before they spend money. They watch YouTube, scroll Facebook, search TikTok, listen to podcasts, and increasingly they just ask ChatGPT for a recommendation. Only about a quarter of that research happens on Google.

Which means a business that only shows up on Google is invisible for roughly three quarters of the decision. Not ranked lower — absent. And when someone researching your service does not find you, they find a competitor instead.

That is the problem we solve. Not more traffic in the abstract — being present in the places where people are actually deciding.

What this looks like in practice

Every number below comes from the client's own Google Search Console, comparing the last six months against the six months before.

Electrical contractor

Dallas–Fort Worth
Times shown in Google search results
Previous 6 months 185,533
Last 6 months 2,707,366
Clicks from search
868 → 22,574
Average position
29th → 8th

They now rank on page one for the questions homeowners ask before they call an electrician. As that authority builds, the local hire-me searches climb behind it.

Real estate brokerage

North Texas
Homepage position
20th → 9th
Clicks from search
1,497 → 2,638
Times shown
203K → 388K

The same pattern, further along. They rank in the top three for the searches buyers run months before they choose an agent.

HVAC company

Dallas–Fort Worth
Clicks from search
199 → 2,057
Average position
58th → 18th
Click-through rate
0.17% → 1.08%

Their click-through rate went up sixfold — they stopped ranking for things nobody searches and started ranking for things people do.

We run it on our own companies, too. I own a senior care business in this same market. It went from 522 monthly search impressions to over 40,000 on this same system. I am not selling you something I would not run on my own business.

A note on how to read these numbers, because most agencies will not give you one: a large share of this traffic is national research traffic, not local buyers ready to hire. That traffic is what builds the authority that lifts your local commercial rankings — which is the part that makes your phone ring. It works in that order, and it takes time. Anyone showing you a traffic chart and implying every visitor is a customer is selling you something.

How we work

Every month, we create content about your business in eight formats — news articles, blog posts, long-form video, short video, podcasts, infographics, flipbooks, and social posts — then distribute it across 300+ platforms.

Doing that well is genuinely hard, which is why most agencies do not. Each format has to be produced properly and optimised for a different platform's algorithm. That is why we work with a specialist content production network built for exactly this, rather than pretending a small team can do all of it in-house.

What that means practically: you get the output of a large content operation, and a single person who knows your business and answers your emails. Most agencies give you one or the other.

What we are not

We are not an ad agency — nothing here depends on you spending more on ads. We are not an SEO shop selling you rankings for keywords nobody searches. And we are not going to hand you a dashboard full of metrics that never turn into customers.

We are deliberately small, and we intend to stay small enough that you always know who is handling your account. If that changes, it will be because we have grown the team — not because we have pushed you into a queue.
