What we collect. When you contact us, request information, or apply for a role, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, email, phone number, business information, and anything you include in a form or application.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to you, provide our services, evaluate job applications, and improve our site. For job applicants, responses and assessment results are used only to evaluate your application.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our CRM and email tools), and only as needed to deliver what you asked for.

Retention. We keep applicant information for up to 12 months, and other contact information for as long as needed to serve you, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us. If you applied for a role, simply reply to your application email.
